Arclight theme, like all known themes, is available via the Theme 
Downloader (in 0.24 and above).

There is no reason at all to install any myththemes packages.  Go to 
Utilities/Setup|Setup|Theme Chooser, then hit MENU (M) and Show 
Downloadable Themes.
