[mythtv-users] Can't build plugins

I had the same problem. Just delete 
/usr/include/mythtv/mythuifilebrowser.h.  That header was move to
libmythui inhttps://github.com/MythTV/mythtv/commit/65f2edae5 so you
probably have an old and new version of that header.
