[mythtv-users] How reliable/accurate is hdsentinel?

I just discovered this program from a thread in my distro forum and have run
it on my mythbox, desktop machine and laptop. I run smartctl time to time
but thought I'd try this too. The Health and Performance are what I'm
curious about, whether they are accurate indicators? Example on my myth
machine:
