Not easily but you can probably do what you want in a slightly different way.

Myth is designed around a single system with multiple backends and frontends as required. It's possible to run two separate systems and switch between them but it's messy and if you go with the single system design there's more flexibility.

Choose one of the backend systems as the master backend, whichever is less likely to every get turned off or has the most storage/ tuners etc. Make the second system a slave backend and slave frontend and you are done, watch anything from either system on either frontend. Add a third frontend and that can watch anything from either backend too.

You didn't say whether this is musings about a system you want to build or if you already have the two separate systems?

If you already have two separate systems some database munging will be required to combine the recordings from the two systems or mythexport import.

If you don't have these yet, it's very easy to set up, the only difference between a master backend (or stand alone) and slave is the slave has no database installed and the master backend IP address in the backend setup.

I have a similar system to make use of two sets of satellite feeds installed to two separate rooms.
