Are you sure mythTV was all that you upgraded?

I had similar problems with a more recent version of the firmware for
this card.  In the end I manually downloaded the firmware from the
Ubuntu 9.10 repository and added it and had much better results.  I am
not near my server atm, but if I remember there were three versions of
the firmware around; 4.65, 4.95 and 5.10 or something.  I had mixed
results with each but I think I found 4.65 to be most reliable.  I am
sure there are threads on here related to my issues with it.
