[mythtv-users] Suggested bitrate for transcoding HD Mpeg 2 to Mpeg 4

Okay, just tried to play an h264 transcoded movie, from a 1080
broadcast. Either I get the "please wait..." followed by "video frame
buffering failed too many times" or the front end crashes.

Using .24-fixes. these were the hq setings I grabbed:
