Have you had a look at the AT5IONT-I Asus board? [1]
There's one with WLAN and one without.
In combination with a silverstone LC05 (or if you need an optical device
a LC09) [2] and some ram this would be a nice diskless MiniMyth System.
To be honest I don't know if it's not getting to hot.
It's quite hard to get in touch with the Asus sales service as the one
from Germany doesn't answer questions from Switzerland and a Swiss sales
service doesn't seem to exist...
