His nvr suggests ATrpms, since the release field is never reset. The
latest rpm fusion package is 0.24.1-2.fc15 (2nd build with a base of
0.24.1, while I think the 273 in ATrpms means "273 mythtv build all time").

Check to see if there are already updated builds in the pipeline, and if
not, file a bug with ATrpms.
