You'll need newer.  0.24.1 was released on May 16, and the support for 
2.6.38+ based systems went in (relatively late in the day on) May 29th.  
So, best bet is to use the stable version, pulled via git (as at 
http://code.mythtv.org/trac/ ), or you can use github to download a 
tarball of current 0.24-fixes.
