No.  In mythfrontend it's under duplicate scope (the one that likely 
starts with, "Look for duplicates in current and previous recordings") 
under "Schedule Options," and the choice you want to select is, "Record 
new episode first showings" (and it only shows up for users whose 
listing data includes repeats information).
