Hi All 

Changing the rc strict rule to no fixed the issue. Also only one of the
interfaces was in the rc.level as suggested so ran rc_update as well...

All looks good now and I can see how to link specific services to
specific interfaces which is even better. 

The main thing however is now I don't get restarts on mythbackend!!!!
