[mythtv-users] Enable vsync

I'm running MythTV-0.24.1 on Fedora 15 with an nVidia GT210 on VDPAU.
I have been noticing a lot of "tearing", especially on camera shots
that pan across.  In the Windows world, one would turn Vsync; where is
the equivalent command set in Xorg?
