Will we be able to get programmatic access to the channel mapping
between the virtual channel number used by the Prime with a card
installed and the frequencies and program id numbers needed to tune
traditional clear-qam tuners such as the original HDHR?

Will there be an easy way to probe the current copy control
information for a given channel?

Has Silicon Dust considered producing a future product with analog
video outputs? (In other words, a purchasable Set Top Box
controllable via ethernet.)

Or perhaps a single box which could integrate the functions of the
HDHR Prime with a video decoder and a re-encoder (something like the
Hauppague 1212 HDPVR) which could then deliver re-encoded video via
ethernet, regardless of the broadcasters' CCI settings?

Thanks,

Eric Sharkey
