I'm going to jump in before Mike Dean and repeat his line. In 
mythtv-setup, do a 'delete all tuners' and THEN set up your HdHomeRun. 
At the moment you have 5 instances of HdHomeRun tuners, and presumably 
16 other tuner instances.  Best to start from a blank slate.
