Sorry this is brief:

Add all the cards
Create two input sources (SD & HD+SD or HD only depending what it can
do and how you want it)
add cards to input sources
Do a channel scan with a single tuner in each input source

The tuner probably wont pick up the channels that it cant tune into.
edit the channels as required, removing unwanted channels

edit the channel numbers to indicate to myth that channels that are
the same but available on both cards (in the UK, BBC One on freeview
and BBC on freesat - for your region - should both be set as channel
1)
add the XMLTV ID as required to map to the SchedDirect / RT information.
