[mythtv-users] Output quality vs PS3

Not sure when it switched to CPU+ instead of VDPAU slim, but you are
right... Not I got the problem with AMD X2 stutteting because the system is
downclocked to 1000Mhz. I need to up to 1800Mhz so it plays smooth. Not sure
if there was governor fix for that yet.
