Thermaltake DH series come
http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Products.aspx?C=1319 comes with a
soundgraph LCD display ; that can be hooked in such a way that the
power switch on the motherboard is connected to the IR controller.

You can then switch the PC on through the remote control
