It's exactly like 2 separate 3-tuner models except that they share the
same case and power supply. Everything else (coax, network, usb, and
cable card) is has 2 of (one for each set of 3 tuners).

They are both being done pretty much simultaneously. One of the
employees on the SD forum said earlier that, because of the way the
cases are manufactured, the 6 tuner was going to be slightly earlier
simply due to manufacturing timeframes, but now from later posts it
looks like they will be about the same time.
