Complete guess, but it sounds like something about your capture card 
drivers has changed such that the information MythTV is using for the 
card is not correct.  Try "Delete all capture cards" in mythtv-setup, 
the re-create each capture card (in opposite order you want them used 
for Live TV), then re-connect inputs (in order you want them used for 
recordings).  Note that "Delete all capture cards" won't affect channels.

This is the "If you ever change capture cards or capture card 
drivers..." suggestion at 
http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/users/264034#264034 , which 
applies due to the kernel upgrade that's part of the OS upgrade.
