It's worth noting that Unity is just a compiz plugin, and runs on Gnome. On
11.04, it runs on Gnome 2, in 11.10 it runs on Gnome 3. That said, if you
install ubuntu-desktop it shouldn't matter, as the applications will be
available in xfce's menus
