Are you using 2 different video sources for the 2 different cards?  If 
so, I assume you're actually receiving different channels on the 2 
different cards?  If this is the case, it looks like one of your video 
sources is misconfigured and needs a rescan (with the mythtv-setup 
channel scanner).

If not, then it looks like (at least) one of the channels in your video 
source--the start channel for the 2nd card--is misconfigured (and 
probably needs a rescan).
