Except don't edit the database.  There's no reason to change the storage 
group in the database.  The only time you need to edit anything in the 
database is if you move the recording file from one host to a different 
host (on a file system where the original recording host can't access 
the file).

MythTV will find the file as long as it's available in /any/ directory 
in /any/ storage group on the host that recorded the show.
