Sounds like a bug in the migration code to me :)

I unmounted the filesystem, did a "scan for changes" (it found no files, so
I assume it cleared out its database at that point), then remounted it and
did another scan. Now it seems to be OK. It was OK the first day too though,
so we'll see if it sticks this time.
