On my system memory usage seems to be the biggest limit to multiple commflag jobs running. For example a currently running commflag job on my system shows the following in top: 3069m/1.1g/940/2.7g for VIRT/RES/SHR/DATA respectively. Once a couple of commflag jobs reach this point, the box starts swapping and things slow to a crawl. Dave
