[mythtv-users] How do I retrieve channels from schedules direct for FIOS?

I just got my hauppauge WinTV-DCR-2650, and I have it recording &
watching TV.  Now I want to get listings working.

I have my account on schedulesdirect.org setup, and I've added it as a
video source (it found my lineup).  I created an input connection for
my tuner to the video source.  Now I'm stuck at the "scan channels"
and "fetch listings".  Fetch listings button did not work, no error
message.  Turns out the only indicator was a line in the log window
(which I can't see while doing this) saying I needed to scan channels
first.  This should probably be a dialog popup.

I go to scan channels, and I'm not sure what to put here.  I know I
have channels from 2 to about 1000 or 1500, not exactly sure.  What
settings should I enter in the scan channels setup page?  I picked a
few things and started it scanning, but I'm not sure what I'm doing
here (and I haven't found a howto specifically geared towards this
scenario yet).
