Well in theory, if they are there and someone can figure out how it
works, then they could be accessed. Of course, for most of us, the
result would simply be that "the internet" collapses - so we'd get
poor quality (they won't be using the bandwidth available for an OTA
transmission) and it'll rack up the data usage on the broadband.
If it catches on, the result will be that even those not using it
will see their internet get even slower than it gets now.
