[mythtv-users] is (clearqam) channel scanning idempotent (NO!)?

Any progress on this Ron?  If not, no worries, I completely understand
the forces that compete for one's time.  But in that case, can I beg you
to just make available what you have in trust that somebody here will
soften up the rough edges.
