I'm not sure that thread applies to my situation as I'm getting some function but its a 
bit sporadic ie keys sometimes work and sometimes don't..

So I wondering if some of the config values need tweaking
eg

 > name DNTVLivePro
 > bits 16
 > eps 30
 > aeps 100
 >
 > one 0 0
 > zero 0 0
 > pre_data_bits 16
 > pre_data 0x8001
 > gap 135786
 > toggle_bit 0

not sure what the above values mean and how I suppose to validate them..
