happens occasionally still on my systems. relatively frequent (though
better than before) at hour/half hour marks when recordings
stop/start.

on my parents system, which has fewer tuners and frontends it still
happens quite a bit, but they're on TWC so will probably switch their
system to Windows Media Center to take advantage of the cable card
tuners.
