This issue should be fixed now.  If you don't see Steppes after refreshing
the theme list, try removing ~/.mythtv/tmp/themes.zip to force the index
to be downloaded again and then you should see it.  There was an issue with
a cron job that runs after the ftp rsync, so the index file wasn't updated
after I packaged Steppes.
