I see it on Arclight, you need to look for it, as its small issues here
and there. e.g. in the watch recordings screen, switch between the panes
and notice that the icons for widescreen/surround/etc. come and go.
I could not find a pattern with the fanart being there/missing or
anything else. Its not missing vsync as its sometimes a full second or
two until the icons get painted (if at all) so it looks like some
drawing order / overpaint issue.
