Basically any modernish nvidia card will do hdmi with audio. I bought a
fanless gt520 recently for NZ$80.

would have them cheaper. It is, of course, quiet, but the heatsink takes up
a lot of room! (2 slots basically). It is low profile though and fits in a
small form factor HP DC7100 (which was even cheaper).
