This is a very interesting thread, I don't have a smart tv - I am not 
sure if mythtv would run on a cotton candy http://www.fxitech.com/ under 
ubuntu, but has got me thinking. Would be rather wonderful if the candy 
could run 720p/1080p output from mythfrontend.   Would allow us to use 
existing TVs which have hdmi ports.

Anybody know if this is possible - Just a frontend setup.
