You can't compare the GT240 with the GT430.
You should compare the GT220 with the GT430, they are in the same price range.

For something similar as the GT240 at the price when it came out it's
the GT440-450

Also remember that the GT4xx can do triple screen output... and audio !

I've never tried the hq upscaling so I can't say I know what it's
about nor if it would make much different HQ wise
