[mythtv-users] Steppes theme for 0.25

A new theme called Steppes is now available for anyone running master.
 It does require new features not available in 0.24.x.

I need to thank Nicolas Riendeau, Kenni Lund and Yianni Vidalis for
their help in testing it with non-English languages.  I also need to
thank Nicolas for helping me get zoneminder working enough to get that
plug-in themed, and Stuart Morgan for tips on MythGame.
