 From that link :

"FXI is preparing to launch the Cotton Candy, a tiny computer that
looks like a USB thumb drive. The device, which can run either Ubuntu
or Android 4.0, has a dual-core 1.2GHz ARM Cortex-A9 CPU, 1GB of RAM,
and a Mali 400MP GPU that allows it to decode high-definition video.

The standard retail price is $199 plus tax and shipping"

Refer back to the Rasberry Pi thread - it will all depend on whether
the right libraries/APIs/whatever are available to allow decoding of
the right sorts of video stream. And if they are, whether anyone in
the MythTV community wants to expend the time writing the code to
allow use of that.

Compared with the Raspberry Pi, it's hardly cheap, and has no wired
network. Though it does have more RAM.
