At first glance, your satellite.xmltv file is not in the correct
format. It needs to be a valid config file for the tv_grab_uk_rt
grabber, not the output of tv_grab_uk_rt --list-channels based on your
current channel selection.

A valid XMLTV config file contains lines like, which is generated when
the grabber is called with the --configure option:

channel=midlands.bbc1.bbc.co.uk
channel=midlands.bbc2.bbc.co.uk
channel=central.itv1.itv.co.uk
channel=channel4.com
channel=channel5.co.uk
...
