I realie you are testing VDA, but how much CPU usage is normal? On my
late 2008 Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro running 0.24 (Standard decoder,
quartz-blit renderer), the clip plays smoothly at 90-120% CPU usage
according to Activity Monitor.
