I started having HDHomeRun issues recently after a 0.25 update.  I
then realized it was all coincidental once I pulled apart the HDHR
power adapter and found the 1000uf 10V capacitor blew out the bottom
and bulged the top.  Oops.  Looks like their replacement adapters had
the same issues as the original batch.  Time to recap the adapter!

Swapped with my Roku power adapter and things are back to normal.
