Dang! Tar isn't dereferencing properly (no idea why) - the file it is 
complaining about is a symlink on linux. 7zip doesnt extract them 
properly on Windows.
Was 7zip or another program used?

If you're able to untar on a linux system and access over samba it 
should work. If that's not possible I've reuploaded the archive 
compressed with 7zip.
