I got the same error when I compiled on Windows, however I was able to
get a functioning build when I used the buildscript from Lawrence Rust
at http://www.softsystem.co.uk/download/mythtv/mythbuild.sh and cross
compiled on Linux. The build script in mythtv github is based on the
one from Lawrence, but the one from his site is much more up to date.
You didn't mention what version you were trying to build, but mine was
for .25/trunk. I made my build available here
http://www.mediafire.com/?22bo9o27h5t5hcf. It was compiled from trunk
on 3/12/12.
