Interesting that you don't see it consistently. Have you seen it
happen on non-consecutive recordings?
I can confirm that the same recording rule is not a requirement, but
it does seem that the back-to-back recordings have to be on the same
channel.
I looked through my logs and found that it doesn't matter if the
recording is on the same cardid but different channels, it is only
consecutive recordings on the same channel that aren't getting
processed.
The only case I wasn't able to find an example of was same channel,
different cardid (could these ever happen?). So I can't say for sure,
but I suspect that would also fail.
