So, the timeout changes I mentioned weren't actually pushed to the 
repo--because they were not the cause of the issue being investigated.  
If you'd like to try increasing the timeout, please see:

and the message that follows it to find out how.  If that fixes the 
issue, please let us know (and feel free to do so in a ticket).
