As explained in the article, Xbox360 users can capture gameplay 
directly, as HDCP is not enabled for such actions. The PS3 on the other 
hand always enables HDCP, and capture of gameplay can only be done over 
component video. They supply one with the same custom connector found on 
the back of the PS3, eliminating the need for a breakout cable.
