Thanks for the tips. The problem is only related to HLS in combination with
migrated recordings - not HLS or Torc for IOS generally. New recordings
(recorded after the reinstall) stream just fine both using the link and
Torc for IOS.

I will try repairing the seektable as suggested by Michael Watson.
