Status update: Not so good. I have user jobs setup. I have edited a
couple different recordings and attempted to run the jobs. According
to mythweb they complete. The problem is I have no video. I manually
tried running the scripts and this is what I get:

mythtv at recorder ~/Videos $ keyframe_adjust -f 1130_20121101191500.mpg
This MythTV recording has no recordedmarkup table FPS (frames per second).
It is likely that the markup table records for this recording is
invalid, aborting script.

mythtv at recorder ~/Videos $ lossless_cut -f 1130_20121101191500.mpg -m
/stilesserver/media/mythtv/new/
This MythTV recording has no recordedmarkup table FPS (frames per second).
It is likely that the markup table records for this recording is
invalid, aborting script.

I am in the recordings directory i.e. the lack of path. I have
installed the files in the bin directory to /usr/local/bin. I have
edited those files to point to /usr/local/share/lossless_cut which is
where the share/files are now located. All is in my PATH.

I tried this in the original locations with the same results. I am
running "mythfrontend version: master [v0.26pre-800-gbde24c5]
www.mythtv.org" This is an ebuild (Gentoo version of deb only from
source) I did not modify it.

Something is missing or has changed?
