Thanks for all the suggestions!

I'm going to internalize the 3TB drive, that should help, and the 3 HD 
Homerun units are plugged into a switch that is plugged into the Mythtv 
BE/FE, and  the rest of the network is plugged into that switch.  I may 
take your suggestion and hang the tuners off another NIC.
And I'll check the antenna.
