Hi all,

actually there is. I have submitted a patch a while ago. 
(http://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/10710)
Whenever you press enter when on a menu it asks you to either add or 
replace the tracks or add or replace and immediately play the first 
track of the selected album.
