Has anyone got mythtv to work with Samsung Allshare, the built in DLNA
client on Samsung TV's? My TV see's the mythtv server but then bombs
after I select it.
DLNA works on my LG TV (which of course doesn't use Samsung AllShare so probably not much help). My recordings are DVB-T MPEG2 format - it could be the format that it doesn't like.

The whole forward/rewind thing is a real pain on these DLNA clients. Good ol' MythFrontend is great in this regard, but nothing else seems to come close.
I have used mediatomb UPNP client with a PS3 (dont' know whether UPNP == DLNA) and it worked OK but I also had the FF/RW problem - in that case I traced it down to a simple lack of network bandwidth. Mythtv must do something very clever.
