Put an entry in /etc/fstab, this is well documented on the web in many many
places.

Make sure you use UUID numbering for the hard drive, as it avoids a lot of
problems. The / directory entry in /etc/fstab  will give you an example of
how to do this. To find the UUID for a drive run sudo blkid.
